Golden Crumb Broccoli Casserole
1 1/2 lb fresh broccoli
1 1/2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup shredded sharp American cheese
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 Cup crushed Cheez-It Crackers (more if you like)
Cut up broccoli to make about 6 cups.
In saucepan, cook broccoli, uncovered, in small amount of boiling,
salted water for
10 to 15 Minutes; drain well.
Put on bottom of 9x13 casserole dish.
Mix soup, Mayonnaise, cheese, and lemon juice. Pour over broccoli.
Put Crushed Crackers on top. Bake uncovered, at 350, for 35 minutes.
