Crisp Blueberry
Oven 375
1 can (20oz) crushed pineapple, drained
1 lb frozen or fresh blueberries
1/2 cup Sugar
1 box of yellow cake mix
1 cup chopped pecans (I usually put in more than 1 cup)
1/4 cup Sugar
1 stick butter, melted
Mix pineapple, blueberries and sugar; put in 13x9 baking dish.
Sprinkle yellow cake mix on the top. Melt butter and pour it over the cake mix.
Spread pecans over the cake mix and sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar.
Bake 375 for 45 min.
Fresh Blueberry
4 oz box = need 4 boxes equal 1lb
1 pint box = need 2 boxes equal 1lb
OR
1 bag frozen blueberry (1lb)
