Beef Breaf
Oven 350
Cookie sheet pan or Stoneware either you can use!!
1 italian bread cut half
Butter
1 1/2 ground beef (any lean)
1 onion chopped
1 cup Sour cream OR (8oz sour cream)
1/4 cup of milk
1 Tbsp worchestire sauce
1 Tbsp Garlic salt
1 Tsp or more Parsley dried
1 tomato slices
1 Green / Red Bells slices
2 or 3 cups cheese grated
Italian bread slice in half - separate - put pan metal or stoneware. Butter on Bread. ~ oven for 10 Minutes.
Beef & Onion together till brown - drain. Add Garlic Salt, parsley flakes, sour cream, milk, worchestire sauce Mix with beef. Put on Bread topping, then Vegetable put on beef. then add cheese topping.
Oven for 20 min till cheese are melt - brown.
Tips / Store
Italian Bread at Bread area / bakery store..
If you not want ground beef.. You can add only vegetalble.. but make sure butter bread - bake ten min then garlic salt on bread then vege and cheese.
Any other vege you want to add - can without red or green bells.
Just ground beef without Vege --- it's still good..
